If you look at their soft EULA, in the first few lines you'll see the user has no right to:
 - copy
 - distribute
 - modify

I don't see how their soft license can mix with the GPL for a source release...

For me, they are clearly distributing my work violating my rights because they sublicense my work with an incompatible license anyway.
