how to convert yuv to RGB?

I need to convert yuv image to RGB16 image.

I used severel formula, but none worked well.

I hope you can tell me the formula, 

perhaps I can write the assemble language by myself.

I yuv-rgb converter in the xvid project is available, but 

it is too difficult to understand!
