Q: about Variable AQ

Hello, folks!

- I have found Xvid 1.3-dev code now contains Variable AQ as another  
option for AQ.

As to diff'ing original VAQ patch from Dark Shikari, there are many  
difference.
Does it use same algorithm? (produce same image?)

- And more, I want to follow source update, but CVS command line  
interface is sxxks.
Is there any web interface to see CVS change log or any other I/F?  
(like SVN web I/F)
