Makefile for Android

Hi there,

Under Android, there is a special makefile named "Android.mk" which is  
used by official "ndk-build" script to compile all native libraries.

There is my version for xvidcore, perhaps someone could be interested by  
it :)

It should be copied in xvidcode directory to compile correctly else you  
need to change relative paths.
