Recent XviD binary builds?

Does anyone know if someone provides XviD binary builds (e.g. from
current/present source code) for Windows somewhere online?

I'm trying to find a recent build so that I can put an end to the
blinking systray icon problem described here (see last URL for
confirmation that its been fixed):

But of course Xvid-1.3.2-20110601.exe is from 2011/06/01, which is
prior to said GUI feature / bug being fixed.

The only binary builds I'm able to find are:

...and that's it.  There used to be some other sites online but
they've since gone under.  And I'm a little suspect of the last site I
listed off, since it contains a bunch of custom modifications rather
than just a straight "vanilla" build from the source repo.
