Problem w/ version 0.9.1

I'm using XviD version 0.9.1 compiled on Linux, and am having trouble viewing 
an AVI.  When I contacted the folks who encoded the video they said, "Let the 
dev team know about this problem...tell them XviD breaks when playing XviD 
encoded with Koepi's 2003-06-24 build and using custom quant table."  So, 
would this be the right place to "let them know"?
