Yes the new license has been applied, cvs is tagged (release-0_9_0),
tarballs are ready and gpg signed with my key.

But i have no access to the server in order to upload them. So i'm
waiting for michael (or someone who knows how to upload the files) to do
it.

Anyway, the files are in a subdirectory of
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/edgomez/files/, else you can use cvs.

NB: i've even deleted downloads sections in xvid.org when trying to
    upload the files to the server. I'm really sorry, all will go back
    to normal soon :-(
