Hello dear sir
Your statement has perplexed me, could you be so kind and explain to me
how would a subject line written using capitals becomes more legible
than written in in lowercase, only capitalized as english language dictates?
Also, if by the same logic I am allowed to ask about extension to your
rule, my followup would be weather should not the whole message be also
in capitals to gain the further legibility?

thank you
