passing multiple frames through xvid_encraw

Hi, I'm trying to figure out xvid and the encraw program out a little
bit more, and I would like to be able to take multiple .pgm files and
create one video out of them.  I though that's what the cactus example
did, but is there a way to specify multiple input file names for the
encoding program?
