xvid decoder crash

dear all
    I use xvid 1.03 compress 144 * 176 video frame, send data via internet
    and use xvid 1.03 decompress it,
    After the decoder decompress data about serveral hours ,it crash ,such as access violation.

    I think xvid decoder have serious error.
    
    No maner what the input data is ,the decoder should not crash.

    Can someone help me.
