Dear All,

 

I am master thesis at the Department of Computer Engineering, PSU, THAILAND.
In my thesis, I use XviD mpeg-4 codec for sending video over the internet. I
also use the single pass rate control of XviD. I am studying the
relationship between the max. key-frame interval and the image quality of
video frames. Where I find the information about the single pass rate
control of XviD. Or if you have the information about this, please send me.
It will be very useful for me and my thesis.
