For example, are the additional sse registers used in any part of the encoder? Looking at the x86_64_asm files, this doesn't seem to be the case. Can anyone report execution times / datainputs when comparing 32-bit vs. 64-bit versions of xvid_encraw on AMD64 e.g. Athlon?
