That would seem to indicate a problem with the audio codec, not XviD. Find out what the audio codec is and then download it.

    Can anybody help me.
    After installing xvid codec, the movie runs great.
    only problem is that i don't have sound.
    i've played it with mediaplayer and divx-player.
