how to initialize linphone, pls

i have it installed on my linux pc and an android 9.x tablet [pebble]. i do not think i have the tablet's ip address. i am using a wifi router, with a slow video rate. i want a live private 2way av feed between them. my FTTP connection is NOT SIP enabled, yet. i'm unsure of what the words mean when setting up the tablet. the names are common, but i don't know if they're used universally to mean the same thing. ie username on tablet is NOT this email address, and i know not what else it is - has invalid character. thxross p _______________________________________________ Linphone-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/linphone-users
