Linphone seemed to work fine on install but now it fails to connect to server.

I installed llinphone and I would swear it worked.  A day or two 
later... it no longer connects to the server.

I double-checked the username, password and Domain and they indeed are 
correct.   But the connection fails.

I am certain that there must be something important that I am missing.  
Maybe a permission, maybe it is necessary to register something on the 
Linphone website?

Any suggestions as to what might be failing?
