The call window do not display dialpad when I make outbound call , so can not input pincode as password

&nbsp; &nbsp;softphone :&nbsp; Linphone 5.2.0&nbsp; in linux
&nbsp; &nbsp;IPPBX&nbsp; :&nbsp; FreePBX V16

&nbsp; &nbsp;I encountered below problems :


&nbsp; &nbsp; I enable the PIN code function in FreePBX , when I made outbound call , the FreePBX will ask me to input PIN code as password&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp; but , I can not find&nbsp; dialpad in call window,&nbsp; even I click the dialpad in the main window, but without any effect .&nbsp; please assist to fix the issue , thanks&nbsp;
