It looks like the ACK is not received by the callee.
Check the request-URI and the Route header in the ACK request.

The 200OK(INVITE) may be root cause.
The request-URI is the Contact header of the 200OK(INVITE) and the Route 
header is a reversed copy of the Record-Route of the 200OK(INVITE).
