Unable to login, recover password and add an user account

   Hello, some months ago I've added an account that's working well until yesterday.

   Now I can't login (results is Wrong username or password), reset password (results is The account doesn't exists) or make a new account with the same name (page closes without error messages)

   What can I do to recover the user name?
