Hello, We are an internet service provider in SW Michigan using your platform and we have a couple customers that are trying to use your app on a Samsung S21 Ultra and we cannot get any audio. We are currently using your app on a number of different Samsung and Apple products and it seems to work fine; however, this one seems to have issues.
