Re: Please help to create a Linphone account

I have the same problem. I created a Linphone account at the beginning of 
February 2024 (username tiehsvd) using this email address (no gmail), but 
never received the code. I blamed my email provider for deleting your mail 
as "unwanted spam" before it reached my email inbox, but it seems from the 
posts I see here, this time Deutsche Telekom is not the culprit. Could you 
please either send me the confirmation code so I can complete the 
registration, set a password and activate the account, or delete the 
"in-limbo-account", so I can reuse the username?

We had an issue with our mail server that has been fixed but we are still 
facing difficulties with Gmail addresses.

 

If you have an alternative mail, please use it instead of your Gmail.

 I am a new user and would like to create a Linphone account. I went to
 this page;

 I put in all the required fields and click register. I don't see a
 confirmation and haven't received any emails (I checked spam).

 I tried logging in with my details and it always says wrong username or
 password. 

 I also tried the account recovery but never receive a code.

 I would really appreciate if some kind person will be able to help me set
 up an account.
