I'm unable to get Linphone desktop to verify my credentials

I've checked that my sip username and password are correct by logging into the linphone website using my browser. The failure reports... "unable to add this account" on Freebsd14 [FreeBSD me-ghostbsd 14.0-STABLE FreeBSD 14.0-STABLE GENERIC amd64] Linphone Desktop 5.0.18-Qt5.15.13, Core 5.2.0 and "unable to send request" on Debian12 [Linux Me 6.1.0-21-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.90-1 (2024-05-03) x86_64 GNU/Linux] Linphone Desktop 4.4.10-Qt5.15.8, Core 5.1.65 The Debian log file is attached [Debian12-linphone.log] I've updated the pem file https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA/Included_Certificates to /usr/local/share/linphone folder Why is the handshake failing?
