Missing incoming chat messages history from UI (present in DB)

Hi,

After fixing a SOCI bug found 3 years ago in Debian [0], both outgoing
and incoming chat messages using a 3rd party SIP provider (voip.ms) are
registered in the database (I can see the messages by opening
'~/.local/share/linphone/linphone.db' with 'sqlitebrowser' and checking
the contents of the 'chat_message_content' table).

However, the linphone-desktop UI only shows the outgoing messages in the
chat history with a contact; all the messages received are missing
(though present in the database).  These have a 'content_type_id' value
of 2, compared to 1 for the outgoing messages.

Any clue as to why that is happening?  I'd really like to be able to use
Linphone to manage SMS text communications.

Any help would be appreciated!
