Video Regression in Linphone 5.x

I recently upgraded to Linphone 5.2.4.  I use linphone to test out a video-sip implementation and it no longer works with that implementation.

I downgraded back to 4.4.11 and things started working again.

With 5.2.4, I'm able to hear the audio, but no video is seen from the remote end and in the Linphone log I see this periodically:

2024-07-08 09:29:06:407 [linphone/liblinphone] WARNING Couldn't find supported video definition for 0x0

I am attaching logs from 4.11 and 5.2.4 that have been slightly anonymized.
