Linphone on Sonim XP8800.

Hi,

Sonim XP8800 with Android 10 and Linphone 6.0.0-beta-17.

Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager > Microphone shows that 
Linphone is allowed.

Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager > Telephone doesn't show 
Linphone and it is unable to establish a call or connection.

Can this system be given Telephone permission?  If so, please tell me 
how.
