Linphonec in Debian 12.

Hello again,

Here linphonec reports the absence of video at start.
Then the call to diamondcard is reported as in progress.
Then error.

linphonec is command line.  Why is video an issue?
Which snag is fatal?  
Video?  
belle-sip-error-fast_header_address parser error?
Call from root?
