encryption change or disable

I am able to place calls successfully, but for receiving calls, it will 
ring, but when I answer, I just get dead air.  At the top it says 
something about waiting on encryption.  I am using Android with linphone 
version 6.0.6.  Where to I go to setup things like encryption, use of 
video, etc?  I can find it on an apple phone, but not the android 
version.  Maybe it's something else that someone can help me adjust.  It 
would be most appreciated.
