Hi,

actually it's the same scenario as in 
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-sipping-cc-conferencing-07.txt 
, section 5.4. Just the conference factory and focus should be one 
application (which seems to be allowed). The second INVITE can be traced 
in tcpdump but is not seen at the application.

But I'll try to figure it out with shootist/shootme and send that back 
to you (if I don't figure out the problem on my own).
