TCK -- help to take over and finish the TCK solicited.

Hello all!

Because of recent personal events and pressures from my other work 
commitments I have not had the time to complete the TCK yet.  I realize 
it is not fair to other implementors of the spec to keep delaying on 
this; therefore I am looking for leadership and help in this area. If 
somebody can step up to the task of taking over the TCK and taking it to 
completion we can get to final release of 1.2 sooner. If you are in the 
process of implementing JAIN-SIP 1.2 this would help get your product 
out to your users quickly while making a nice and visible contribution 
to the user community. Please mail me if you are able to help. Note that 
I dont have official funding from NIST to do this task so I have to do 
all this on my own time and in the future, I expect to have even less of 
it.

bug that has not yet been addressed, let me know.
