tcl files on the nist sip patch

Hi 
i've correctly  applied nist sip patch for ns-2.27 but i had some problems when i tried to test it with the tcl files proxy_test.tcl and redirect_test.tcl.
When i executed proxy_test.tcl i got this  error message

and when i tested the file redirect-test.tcl the execution blocks on the message « running Ns-Simulaion »and nam couldn't be executed and the trace file out_sip.tr seemed to be incorrect it contains lines like this:

please help me to correctly execute this files and trace the trafic with Xgraph in order to get my deploma .
