Hi Man-Chi, Any javadoc under javax/sip is the API and anything under the gov/nist/javax/ is the implementation. You should ignore the labels. The API is finalized but there may be one or two tweaks as the TCK proceeds towards completion -- i.e. some minor adjustments and javadoc coreections may be made. Recent cvs commits have been made so you should update.
