Re: URL parsing

Hope you are accessing the latest version on cvs. There have been 
several fixes lately made by Jeroen van Bemmel on Tel url. Please cvs 
update the latest. I shall take a look but if you can find and fix it 
please feel free and send me a fix (will reduce turnaround time because 
I dont use tel url's in my own work :-) ). If you have your password you 
should be able to look at archives on the nist site. If this does not 
work let me know.
