possible re-use of old tag parameters

Hi,

Recently (after updating from cvs in the last couple of weeks) I noticed 
this message now coming out at the end of a simple call:

Exception: javax.sip.TransactionUnavailableException: Found a terminated 
dialog -- possible re-use of old tag parameters

It only happens on the calls that are challenged, and whenever I resend 
the INVITE with the authorization header, I am indeed reusing the 'From' 
tag. Do I need to do something different?
