jain-sip 1.2 and Java5 library

hi,

from jain-sip 1.2 /lib , I found that there is  retroweaver-all.jar .

quick check, is it bcos 1.2 is using java 5's syntax and libraries, 
e.g. generics, concurrency , autoboxing  ?
