I tried downloading the latest build from the website (not via CVS), and it's still the same. I also tried downloading the cvs version but it has a bug that omits the user and domain part of the URI, so I can't check it. I can send the logs / sniffer dumps if you need them. Frightening. Shootist has been re-named (with due apologies to John Wayne). It is now called a more prosaic "examples/reinvite". ( I am starting to take this project seriously so help me :-) ) Give it a try. I think you may have a bad vintage. Get the latest from cvs at the nist repository as usual and give it a whirl.
