Notification Issue

Hi All,

I have been using the JAIN SIP Presence Proxy as a server in developing a
SIMPLE based chat client and presence application.

I'm facing some problems with notifications that are received during the
subscribing phase.

Whenever I send SUBSCRIBE to other user agent, I do get the 200 OK for the
SUBSCRIBE, but I don't get any notifications related to the presence state
of the user agent. Whereas if I SUBSCRIBE to user agent provided with the
proxy, I do get all the notifications.

Has anyone observed such problem or I'm missing something?
