Hi folks,

I dont know if anybody noticed ( probably not ) - but I started a
jain-sip wiki page on java.net. Here it is:
http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Communications/JainSIP . I'd like to
gather up some useful examples and explain them in detail on this wiki
page and also add some more examples. With some luck, maybe we can turn
this into something bigger - a writeup on Java technologies for IP
telephony as a web article or something of that sort. In any case, I am
looking for some collaborators here. I can take the existing examples in
the jain-sip distribution and wiki-tize them.

If you are an expert on HTTP Servlets , I think a very useful example
would be a short tutorial on how to imbed a JAIN-SIP stack ( i.e. simple
proxy server or third party call control - "click to dial" application
) in a HTTP applet woud be nice.

Anybody want to hack on that? Would be a great contribution. Note that I
added a contributing.txt to the distribution. Examples can be
contributed in ANY OPEN SOURCE LICENSE you wish (does not have to be
public domain). I have no problem with examples branching off and living
as their own project (as the sip-communicator did).

Regards

Ranga
