Hi,

Check to see if  the transport of the provider is what you expect it to 
be. You possibly created both a UDP and a TCP provider (like the 
examples do). You may be getting your request in on a UDP provider 
(because that is the default transport) whereas you sent your original 
request out via TCP. Check what transport you are setting on your 
Contact header.

Thats my guess about whats happening anyway. The creation of providers 
is entirely under application control so you are only ever going to 
recieve events on providers that *your applicaton* previously created.
