Need Help on removing log4j dependency.

Hi All,
I'am using the NIST SIP stack, to build a light weight
AppletPhone, i do not need the log4j related classes,
How do i remove all the dependecies for log4j from the stack code ?
Please help. If anyone has prior experience, as my jar file size is high,
i'am trying to do this.
