Hi!

The ACK branch ID is the same as the INVITE. ACKs are supposed to be 
directed to the dialog and should have a branch ID different than the 
INVITE.  Please change the branch ID for the ACK  -- or better yet, use 
Dialog.createAck as the examples do and it should work I expect.
