Question about membership to gain cvs check-in permissions

Hi,

 

How to Request project membership to gain cvs check-in permissions on an
area of the code base from the nist-sip 1.2 projetct?  Or at list, how to
configure meu cvs client to just get last version of nist-sip code, as a
watcher?
