Hi Jagadeesh, For the SIP protocol, only some of the request headers are present in the response. A custom header you add will not be copied in the response (unless you also change the server side) If you require certain information you add in the (REGISTER) request to appear in the response, you can e.g. add a parameter to the URI in your >From header.
