unanswered subsequent server transactions are not cleared from the transaction table after bye

Hi, I have the following scenario - 1. A dialog is established between endpoints A (any UA) and B (my nist-sip based UA). 2. A sends a hold request to b, and then immediately it sends bye. 3. B doesn't handle the hold reinvite, but sends 200 OK on the bye request. The result of this sequence is that the hold-invite server transaction is left hanging in B's transaction table.
