NAT and firewalls transversal

Hello experts,

In certain situation, my UA selected ports are not
opened by a firewall, and the sip signaling does not
get back to it.

However: I can reach this UA by using the same port it
broadcast the SIP signaling with.

How can I reply on that port, using the stack?
