Hello! If you are building high availability fault tolerant systems, the following may be interesting to you: Ricardo Borba (Natural Convergence) has contributed a feature that allows you to monitor the liveness of the listener and throw an exception if the SipListener is hung. You can use this to restart the stack or reboot the process under such conditions. Take a look at the ThreadAuditor class, the javadoc in SipStackImpl and the associated example in examples/threadaudit. Hope you find this useful.
