IMS headers and procedures

Hi all.
I made some work in the past for the integration of the IMS Private Headers
in the NIST-SIP stack which as been submitted.
But I have made some adds and changes to the stack while I was implementing
IMS procedures in the old Sip-Communicator (IMS registration and
invitation).

Changes made in the existing P-Headers:
   - java class name changed to include a leading P. eg:
PAccessNetworkHeader.java
   - *java.lang.ClassCastException * resolved (due to an omission in the
ParserFactory)

Additions made:
   - added the SIP Security Agreement headers (RFC 3329)
        : Security-Client, Security-Server and Security-Verify
   - added the Referred-By header (RFC 3892)
   - implemented the Precondition Mechanism (RFC 3312)
        : new methods in MediaDescritptionImpl,java - OBS: I didn't find a
way to implement this without also changing the javax.sdp.MediaDescription
,java
        : new gov.nist.javax.sdp.fields.PreconditionFields.java class

I will integrate this changes in a more recent JAIN-SIP cvs release, and
then I could submit the code.
