The problem is 213.0.115.163:7070 . It contains a character ":" which is not allowable after the @ in both cases. Please check the grammar of the Route header and SIP URI ( see the RFC ) and revert back to this list (let me know if I am right or wrong) and Ericson if needed. After checking the grammar carefully, if a bug report needs to be filed ( I cannot divert from the RFC to accommodate Ericson), please do so on the Project Issues list. Thanks.
