choosing cipher suites for SIPS/TLS

Hi
Is there a way for a server using JAIN-SIP to specify a particular 
cipher suite to be used when establishing a SIPS session?
What normally happens is a client offers a list of supported cipher suites
The server then replies with its choice from the client's list of 
supported ciphers. Is there a way to choose which one the server accepts?
