Jim,

Please send it to me and if I can find something quick to fix, I will. If not, you can attempt a fix if you need something working by the end of April  ( I can look at it in detail after that date ).

Also, I am encouraging people to join the jain-sip user mailing list and post from there as it has become problematic to maintain this mailing list.

  I have been finding that the nist stack sometimes returns a 481 response in response to PRACK under load conditions. The call flow was à INVITE ß TRYING ß- 183 à PRACK ß 481. Normally, the application would return an OK for the PRACK but randomly a 481 is generated from the stack.

   

  The debug log appears to indicate that that dialog does not exist:

   

  DEBUG - gov.nist.javax.sip.DialogFilter.processRequest(DialogFilter.java:192) [dialog = null]

  DEBUG - gov.nist.javax.sip.DialogFilter.processRequest(DialogFilter.java:329) [Processing PRACK for dialog null]

  DEBUG - gov.nist.javax.sip.DialogFilter.processRequest(DialogFilter.java:334) [Dialog does not exist PRACK sip:[email protected]:6060 SIP/2.0

   isServerTransaction = true]

  DEBUG - gov.nist.javax.sip.DialogFilter.processRequest(DialogFilter.java:341) [Sending 481 for PRACK - automatic dialog support is enabled -- cant find dialog!]

  DEBUG - gov.nist.javax.sip.stack.UDPMessageChannel.<init>(UDPMessageChannel.java:198) [Creating message channel 10.100.38.198/5060] 

   

  Does anyone have any idea how to resolve the problem? I have more debug information captured if anyone needs.
