Hi,
I think the Subscriber should send SUBSCRIBE to his buddies whenever it joins
the network again. Therefore, before the point 6, it goes back to the point 1
and a new dialog is created. 
For the Notifier, it should remove the subscriber when it gets the NOTIFY
timeout event, to stop the retransmission
