200 OK for SUBSCRIBE never reach application level

Hi,

Im having a problem with 200 OK responses for SUBSCRIBE that never reach 
my application.
The scenario is this:

Me (nist based client) --------------- AppServer

SUBSCRIBE -------------------------------->
<------------------------------------- 200 OK
<------------------------------------- NOTIFY

The NOTIFY reach the nist stack and my app (i.e. nist delivers it to my 
listener) but the 200 for SUBSCRIBE never appears. Even though it is 
sent prior to the NOTIFY

In the logs of the AppServer I can see that the 200 OK is sent from the 
AppServer. It is also very much visible in wireshark. But never appears 
in my nist based client.

The NOTIFY is created and sent immediately after the 200 for the 
SUBSCRIBE has been sent. There are only a few milliseconds between the two.

Is this something you've seen before?
